Slow to do anything, terrible service
A 60 to 150 day turn around is far from acceptable given your competitors offer the same deals in some instances for money with a turn around of 15-30 days. I initially used them though due to recommendations from a friend. I have had problems with initial deals not tracking which I did not report as I was new to these kind of websites. I've been told the one offer that I did report could basically drag on for 6 months or more and now I here cashback validation takes 60 to 150 days. These are all issues other cashback sights have resolved in days! I will not be using them again in future, will not recommend then and will be making my experience known on social media. Use OhMyDosh, Cashback UK or Inboxpounds instead!

Works perfectly well on ebay, go anywhere else that suggests you may get £40 by going through there insurance portal, £10 on a holiday purchase etc then it doesnt track. Happens time and time again. They''ll blame me, my browser etc. but they're now just a total waste of space.

Top notch customer service crew, they were prompt as always when I had a query recently. I’ve now received my cash back that initially wasn’t forthcoming from the retailer. There’s no reason whatsoever not to use the Topcashback site when making a purchase or booking holidays, flight tickets, hotels and so much more.
